General Return/Exchange Policy

 

There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Some manufacturers may charge more depending on the individual products. Please contact us before returning any product.
 
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. Damaged products arriving via Common Carrier must be signed for as damaged/refused at time of arrival. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages for all other products.  Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.

 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original freight, if any, will not be reimbursed.

 

Refunds will be issued pending inspection and approval of the return.  Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles.

Products that have been installed are non-returnable.

Items not in stock at our location when your order is placed are considered special order item and are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
